Lifetime has partnered up with Les Mills to allow you to quickly achieve your Exercise to Music (ETM) qualification AND Les Mills certification with the best in the industry!

Our ETM certificate will give you all the theoretical knowledge, practical skills and confidence you need to plan and teach ETM (aerobics) classes. You will learn how to add choreography to your routines allowing you to add creativity to your classes, meaning your customers are never bored of their routines. Once you have passed your assessment you will be a fully qualified aerobics instructor giving you the pre-requisite qualification for any of the Les Mills programmes.

You will then choose one of the eight famous Les Mills programmes including:

BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYCOMBAT, BODYJAM, BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, BODYVIVE AND RPM.

This will also allow you to teach the most popular GroupEx programmes in the world in gyms and health clubs in over 70 countries - full or part-time, the choice is yours.
