As an Exercise Referral Trainer you will focus on the signs, symptoms and basic pathology of specific stable conditions plus the implications and effects of specific medications relating to those conditions. You will learn how to plan, deliver, manage and evaluate a safe, effective and progressive physical activity programme, adapted and personalized to meet the individual client's needs and lifestyle. Our tutors are experienced GP referral and rehabilitation specialists and this excellent course will prepare you for this expanding area of work for Level 3 Fitness professionals. |
