STOTT Pilates Intensive Matt Plus STOTT Pilates Intensive Reformer Have you completed both the Matwork and Reformer courses and want to add dynamic equipment work to your repertoire? Then you're ready to add variety to your teaching skills with the Cadillac, Chair and Barrels Courses. Once a singular course the Cadillac, Chair and Barrels Course has now been restructured into three separate modules to allow you to choose which element to take, and when. STOTT Pilates Intensive Barrels The Intensive Barrels course prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Stability Chair. By the end of the course you will be able to fine tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients' conditioning goals with 98 exercises on the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel. STOTT Pilates Intensive Cadilac The Intensive Cadilac course prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Cadilac. By the end of the course you will be able to fine tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients' conditioning goals with 125 exercises on the Cadilac Trapeze Table. STOTT Pilates Intensive Stability Chair The Intensive Stability Chair Course prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Stability Chair. By the end of the course you will be able to fine tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients' conditioning goals with 63 exercises on the Stability Chair. |
