What Can I Do For You?

As a highly experienced personal trainer and GB powerlifter, I can help you achieve a better body and health through sensible sustainable approaches. A fierce opponent of fad diets and fitness gimmicks, I provide bespoke training and nutrition advice that will allow you to attain your goals without resorting to extremes.

I offer one-to-one personal training sessions at your home. My sessions are fast paced and utilise assorted equipment to keep training fun and ensure rapid progress. I am a passionate exponent of weight training mixed with high intensity interval training to replace fat with muscle and create gorgeous curves without bulk.

Please note: Personal training sessions can be shared between two people to enable you to split the cost.
