What Can I Do For You?

 

I came to London in 2006 and boost over 15 years’ experience as an amateur and professional Athletics Athlete competed in many events with extensive experience to use my training knowledge providing clients with an excellent service. 

Being a fat loss and balanced nutrition expert I create elaborate and fun tailor made training programs for clients including both many training methods and personalized nutritional guidance.  I am a Strength and Conditioning coach and mix that in with my workout on request as well as boxing and functional exercises. 

Being a highly competent personal trainer I make fun sessions, using my outgoing personality. I love my career of assisting clients to become healthier and fitter.

I started training with Andrea to run the London Marathon. Before I started with her, I was obese and couldn't run a full 5km. I'm now just a few pounds above being the correct weight and I'm running my first half marathon this weekend.
