James has been a personal trainer for 10 years and involved in Kick boxing for over 16 years which are his true passions in life. All the while, he shares his knowledge and love for fitness, nutrition, kickboxing and Muay Thai, resulting in giving him the privilege of training hundreds of people of all ages from all walks of life from celebrities to students, towards very different personal goals, from massive weight loss, building fitness, completing marathons, competing in white collar boxing, amateur and professional Muay Thai bouts. Winning world, European and British titles with his fighters.
He is WBC Muay Thai champion and in the WBC world rankings in his weight division, James has fought current and former world, European and British champions. He regularly flies to Thailand to learn, train and fight with the best.
James loves the rewards of his job, and nothing makes him happier than supporting someone to improve their life, becoming healthier, fitter and achieving their personal goals.

I have been training with James for just over five months and am so pleased with the results. From being completely unfit and unable to run for 5 seconds, I can now run 5km and more. I have lost a 2 stone in weight and gone from a size 14 to a size 8! I also feel generally so much fitter and happier! James makes training fun, never thought I would put exercise and fun in the same sentence. He is friendly and easy to get on with but more importantly motivating. In my case that motivation involves humour which suits me, but can see he would respond to everyone differently, very quickly he seems to get what makes you tick and use that to your benefit in the training sessions. Sessions are varied with exercises to suit not only what I like doing but what goals I have and results have been consistent. As a nurse it is obvious to me that James has great knowledge around exercise and diet. By looking at both these things with me I have achieved, so quickly, more than I thought I could, and in a way that is sustainable and not boring! Also in a way that makes me want to continue. Would recommend James quite happily to anyone.

Within 4 months I have pretty much shed 10kg which puts me comfortably back into a healthy BMI range. In addition to the obvious aesthetic benefits of not bulging out of my clothes, I have much more energy and my levels of fitness for my sporting passion, horse riding, have also improved. I can highly recommend James as a trainer.
