In compliance with UK consumer law, we hereby layout our refund policy for services and membership fees that are cancelled by the user.
The NRPT will provide a refund for an application within 24 hours of payment being received for the listing at £101.11 This will be subject to an administration fee of £30 for any single refund.
Any membership fees not cancelled within a 24 hour period from submission of the payment will not be refunded. You may cancel your account at any time, but no refund will be made for unused membership, however any period of membership remaining may be suspended and used if a trainer decides to rejoin the NRPT.
