| Experience : Hi Everyone. I have worked in the Fitness Industry since 1996. I am vastly experienced in a number of disciplines: Gym Programme Design/Coaching, Aerobics, Fitness Pilates, BodyMax, Body Conditioning, Spinning, Circuits, Stability ball, TKO, Weight Training and many more. I am highly self motivated and get an enormous buzz when I see my clients attaining results. I strive to update my knowledge and regularly attend fitness conventions. I pride myself on delivering a quality service to all my clients and with this in mind insist on regular evaluation with my clients. In October 2006 I succesfully completed the BACR Approved Revalidation Examination. I also successfully completed the Leeds MET Carnegie Weight Mangement Vocational Certificate. As well as personal training a wide rage of clients, I also teach a wide range of group fitness classes in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, which continue to go from strength to strength. | Professional Reference I contacted Michael basically because I was unhappy with my stomach. Michael was reasonably priced and had a comprehensive range of qualifications experience. He worked with me as part of a group and on a 1:1 basis, changing the programmes on a monthly basis as my fitness improved.
