I enjoy competing and have just competed in the Indoor Rowing Championships in Birmingham. I have competed in Martial Arts at National and International Competitions and enjoy most sports. I enjoy training both athletes and non athletes.
I have worked in a Gym for over seven years full time and several years part time, and provide a variety of consultancies. |
