| Experience : The expertise I bring is gained from a mixture of an avid interest in continual educational development, hands-on teaching of groups and 1:1 clients, as well as maintenance of own personal fitness goals. I have become adept at identifying specific training requirements and developing user-friendly training programs to meet individual needs. My Personal Training, and my work as a Fitness Presenter have allowed me to develop my communication skills and project a motivating attitude whilst delivering effective sessions for a wide range of clients, with excellent results. My most recent work in 2007 involved successfully training a celebrity, culminating in the making of a fitness DVD ‘Tricia Penrose - My Before and After Body Blitz’ | |||||||
