Like so many I was deemed useless at all sports at school yet now I run marathons and include waterski-ing, aerobics/gym and snow ski-ing amongst my pastimes! | Professional Reference Until I moved to the USA for a year (back in 2000) I had always been reasonably fit and slim. However, having indulged in the US national habit of eating fast food and driving everywhere (mainly due to a distinct lack of "sidewalks" where we were living !) I returned to the UK far more unfit and quite a bit flabbier than before I left. I really wanted to get back in shape, especially as I was getting married in a few months time, but with all the stresses of relocating back to the UK, buying a house in a totally new area as well as hunting for a new job, I found it difficult to motivate myself to start, let alone maintain, a regular exercise routine. That's when I decided to look for the services of a personal trainer and found Caroline's name on the Internet. Caroline really helped motivate me to return to regular exercise, and with her help and encouragement I started to see and feel results really quickly. I managed to achieve my ideal body shape within a few short months and, even if I say so myself, felt and looked great when I married last October!
