| Experience : I have been involved with exercise programming for over 20 years consolidated with relevant qualifications and experience. I push my clients to achieve their lifestyle aspiarations. We assess all aspects of health and fitness options to find the right individual programme. Sessions are interesting and varied. My clients may have specific requirements or are familiar with exercise and want to go further. I work together with clients introducing balance to people's busy schedules believing everybody can achieve their target... then maintain that desired level. I study continually in order to educate my clients and increase my knowledge. Sessions are varied; home, gym and outdoor based. | |||||||
