| Experience : Hi, I am an experienced Premier Qualified trainer with a excellent reputation and Director of Body Active Personal Training, which has a number of trainers available for you. You are the client with a goal that is important to you. It is our priority to help you reach this goal through healthy, safe and fun means. We are able to come to your home or alternatively you can come to us at a gym in Exeter, or our specialist one to one studio in Exeter. On home visits, we supply all necesary equipment and a photographic programme for you to do when we are not with you. We train with you rather than stand and watch as this I feel is a great motivator.(I spent five years in the Royal Marines and experienced this in person!) We enjoy all types of training so we can always find something you enjoy to help you reach your goals. We provide a comprehensive fitness evaluation which includes a medical screening and body composition analysis. This is monitered on a regular basis. | Professional Reference I have been training with Colin twice a week for the past 2 months. Having had a recent back injury I was worried about doing exercise and causing further damage. following a comprehensive fitness evaluation, Colin immediatley put me at ease, re-educated me in core stability and I have full confidence in his ability and technical knowledge. His training draws on influences from traditional methods and experience gained from his time in the armed forces but includes elements such as pilates and boxing. Colin gives sound nutritional advice and sets realistic targets.
