    My passion for fitness and training is supported through my degree level education and 8 years industry experience together with a background of international level athletics. I have acquired additional certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM)and through the International Institute of Sports Therapy (IIST). I am currently working as the Head Conditioning Coach for a professional rugby club.
     
    I believe that through Personal Training and regular Sports Massage, you can acquire a greater appreciation of the strength and limitations of your own body taking you to levels far beyond your expectations.
