I have been racing and training since my school days and train most days using combination of aerobic, resistance and core stability training. I want to pass on the knowledge I have gained and help people attain their individual personal fitness goals. I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your goals, exercise history and current lifestyle. I am motivated, enthusiastic and reliable. | Professional Reference Simon Fortnam has trained me just over a year now. I sought his help because I realised my fitness had declined over the last 3 or 4 years (I am 37) and I was generally feeling very tired and stressed (I lead a very stressful life, mainly due to pressures of work). I have found Simon’s training sessions at my home are the perfect solution to my fitness requirements, as I struggle to find the time or the commitment to make it to a gym. Within 8 months of seeing Simon (twice weekly) my fitness has improved immensely. At the beginning I could just about run ½ mile. Within 10 months I was able to run a 4-mile race in less than 32 minutes and this was an extremely proud moment for me.
