I like to keep up to date with current trends and have recently qualified as a Pilates instructor. I can help you achieve your goals whatever your age and level of fitness, whether you would like simple movements from your armchair, high impact aerobic workouts, help with stress and lifestyle management or weight control. I like to make exercise enjoyable, and allow clients to progress in a realistic and positive way. I am also able to give advise on healthy eating, whether for weight-loss purposes, or because you are concerned about eating a balanced diet. This is done in the privacy of your own home in a helpful, realistic and non-critical way. I work during the day, during the week. | |||||||
