    If you have any ambition to get fit and lose weight I wholeheartedly recommend Carly. If you are a perpetual gym dodger like me then Carly arriving at your door leaves you no where to run. You then quickly accept your fate and start getting into a regular exercise regime. I'm a good example of what can be achieved. In seven months I have lost two stones, now exercise at least three times a week and actually get restless if I don't work out, all this from a fully paid up member of the slob society. In addition Carly is a thoroughly nice woman and with us she's almost become part of the woodwork and doesn't feel like a stranger in your home at all. Go on, ring her.
