| Professional Reference At around 17 stone my annual medical confirmed my worst fears - weight loss was essential to avoid diabetes. I began working with Joy and along with a training routine we set dietary targets which were enjoyable, challenging and achievable. Each session covered a new nutritional subject and we checked my progress since the last week. It was very reassuring to have a coach like Joy who was so focused on helping reach the realistic targets that were set and provided excellent encouragement throughtout the programme. The 'personal eating programme' helped me to change my eating habits and avoid crash dieting. Just 6 months later I achieved an overall weight loss of 3 stone.
