| Experience : I'm quailfied Personal Trainer and Nutrional advisor through Future Fit and the University of East London. I have a FdSc in Sports therapy adding sports massage, injry assessment and Rehab to my skills. I also have a BSc (Hons) in Health and Fitness from Plymouth University. I have spent time working as a Personal Trainer in Birmingham and down here in Devon and Cornwall. I have access to gym facilties if you don't feel happy training in your home or local area. I have worked out in America with soccer and volleyball players. Im the fitness coach for local youth sports teams both male and female. I have spent time working with Hereford United FC, Plymouth Argyle FC and Plymouth Albion as a Sports Therapist on work placements. I can help you achieve any goal, whether it be weight loss or gain, improving sports performance, rehabilitaion or improving fitness. | Professional Reference Being over weight for several years through lack of exercise, caused by arthritis and angina. I needed to lose two stone to be able to have a replacement knee and hip opperations. On the advice of my G.P I went on a Nutrtion, Weight and Lifestyle Management course, along with simple exercise with Sculpting Fitness, under the supervision of Steve lilley. Who recomended a different approach to my eating habits.
