Starting with personal training our aim is to ensure that the client is fully motivated and gets the maximium out of each enjoyable session. We support any exercise or weight management programme with proven nutritional advice ensuring slow and gradual changes are made fitting in with the clients likes and dislikes. Add in massage, sports therapy massage and injury rehabilitation and we offer everything to help clients become fitter in body and mind not just whilst trying to meet short term objective. With years of experince in fitness from long endurance events to extreme white water kayaking and an all round interest and participation in sport, we are in a postive postition to help.
