| Experience : After working as a Personal Trainer in the Corporate Fitness Industry in London, I relocated my business to The Bedford International Athletic Stadium where I have enjoyed great success in helping my clients achieve their goals. Currently I train men, women and children who each have different levels of exercise experience and very different needs from me as their Trainer. There is quite simply no single formula to apply to a client so with this in mind your training will be specifically individual to you in order to accommodate your needs and lifestyle. I believe in a balanced approach to fitness training. Stress management, nutritional advice and activity analysis will all be included as part of your training. One to one training is not for everyone and I am pleased to be able to offer "group training sessions" which deliver the same results but are perhaps less daunting and more affordable as no matter how big the group my hourly rate is the same. Alongside my continuing development in working to improve fitness for children, I have been offered a Place at The British School of Osteopathy allowing me to provide an even more complete range of therapies. | |||||||
| Professional Reference I was a self confessed couch lizard when I approached Rachel for help and told her I 'didn't do gyms'! Twelve weeks later, I have amazed myself with the progress we have made. With Rachel's encouragement and motivation I work out at least once a week, have dropped a dress size, and feel confident in a gym environment on my own. Rachel varies my routine in the gym to keep me interested and focuses my workout to achieve the results I'm looking for.
