| Experience : After working as a Personal Trainer in the Corporate Fitness Industry in london, I relocated to Bedford where I have enjoyed great success in helping my Clients achieve their goals. My current Client base consists of Men and Women of all ages and backgrounds, including young single professionals, Military Personnel as well as Clients who are 50+. There is quite simply no single formula to apply to every Client so with this in mind your training will be individual to you in order to accomodate your needs and lifestyle. I believe in a balanced approach to fitness incorporating Stress Management, Nutritional Advice or a brief Activity Analyses as part of your training. With an increasing percentage of the Nation Suffering with back pain I`m also interested in Studying Alexander Technique to further compliment my service. | |||||||
| Professional Reference I was a self confessed couch lizard when I approached Rachel for help and told her I 'didn't do gyms'! Twelve weeks later, I have amazed myself with the progress we have made. With Rachel's encouragement and motivation I work out at least once a week, have dropped a dress size, and feel confident in a gym environment on my own. Rachel varies my routine in the gym to keep me interested and focuses my workout to achieve the results I'm looking for.
