    Experience :

    Having been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years I have gained invaluable experience in all aspects of personal training. In recent years I have been working successfully with clients who have back problems to ensure that they can move in a functional way without pain, and reduce the reoccurrence of back injury. I have written and presented an accredited training course for personal trainers dealing specifically in postural correction and common causes of low back pain, and also made presentations to industry on the subject of stress management. Being a holistic practitioner I work with my clients to achieve optimal health and fitness through correct nutrition, movement and lifestyle
