| Professional Reference Before I met Jane, my self confidence was at an all time low. Being on the large side, I expected everyone to judge me on my appearance. I took the decision to get myself fitter and healthier and haven’t looked back since. Jane is a warm, friendly person with a wicked sense of humour who took me at face value and devised a training programme that suited my fitness level and lifestyle. She has given me nutritional advice and is always there to support, focus and motivate me. Jane is helping me to become the person that I always wanted to be, I’d be lost without her. Melanie Moore I had always felt that traditional training within a gym environment was quite boring, however, since I have been training with Jane my opinion has changed somewhat. I really enjoy the variety of our sessions, especially the boxing. Every session is different and Jane has introduced many new ways of training. She injects fun, encouragement and much discipline but it does achieve the desired results! In addition, I lost ¾ of a stone in the first 5 weeks of exercising. Julie Gabriel I thought I had a balanced diet, however, after spending an hour with Jane, she has helped me to re-focus my eating habits resulting in renewed vigour and energy.
