    Im Chris, Have been Personal Training for 5 years. Working with clients from 16-76 yrs and weighing anything from 5-32 stone. Whilst training this large range of people I have learned alot about what techniques work the best, and therefore know how to achieve results FAST!
     
    At present I am studying Osteopathy along with running my Personal Training business... So its all go!

    Professional Reference

    I started training with Chris in Februauy 2006, my main objective was to increase my flexibility and muscle strength. Having suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis for the last 16 years, I have found it is important to maintain as much mobility as possible within my joints.
    Rheumatoid Arthritis is a progressive disease that can quickly reduce joint movement and strength.
    I have found that within a short space of time that regular training sessions with Chris have improved all areas of my movement, Flexibility and muscle tone. I have enjoyed the wide variation of exercises that Chris has put together to help me benefit my condition.
