    In February 2007, aged 29, and fast approaching 30, I had reached my all time physical low through years of overindulging in the supposed good life. I found myself 8 stone over weight, tired and with what seemed like a constant headache, it was time to change. In the passed I had tried and failed many times to lose weight and get fit.

    This time was going to be different. I knew gyms just didn't work for me, I would end up going for a month or two then giving up. A personal trainer was defiantly the way, I logged onto NRPT website and was happy I found Neil. After my initial consultation my nerves were settled with Neil's professional and kind manor and I felt 100% comfortable with him.

    Neil put together a training programme for me and we took it a week at a time and built up my overall fitness, with advice on walk/running in the week. When any problems arose with different muscles hurting in places I didn't know I had muscles, he reassured me that all was normal and I would get over any hurdles.

    With the motivation Neil has given me I actually enjoy exercising - so much so that I entered and ran the London Marathon this year! Without Neil I would not work out, he defiantly gives me the motivation and enthusiasm to work out and push my fitness levels. My hour with him flies by with his enthusiasm and an in depth knowledge of fitness training, oh and most importantly he entertains me for an hour with lots of chatting!
