    I employed the services of francis when I entered in a 5k run in february 2004 My main objective was to finish in a resonable time.
    Francis employed various training methods, such as interval training, Fartlek,tempo training etc coupled with resistance training. I trained with him for 3 months and ran 5k in 27 minutes. I also was well toned
    The good thing about his sessions is that you do not have to use the gym,which suited me as I hate the Gym enviroment.
