    Experience :

    Start2exercise: Personal training exclusively for women. One to one training in a private gym with no gym membership required. Areas of expertise include weight loss and nutritional advice, improved cardio vascular fitness, body scultping, ab toning and core stability. Regular one to one sessions combined with a programme written specifically for each individual helps reach identified goals.
     
    Start2run: Group circuits and running classes for women only. Taking place in local parks, three times a week. Warm up run for 10 - 15 minutes, running based circuit followed by warm down run of 10 minutes. Classes designed specifically for women who can run for up to 10 minutes and want to improve and get fitter.
     
    Start2push: Post natal exercise group with buggies. Get back into shape, shift the baby weight, feel better about yourself, and have some fun in the fresh air with other mums in the same position. Start2push is ideal for new mums wanting to do something for themselves. (With three children of my own I know what its like to try and fit exercise into your week!)

    I reached my target weight loss 6 months after my second child was born. Having personal training sessions helped me to reach a level of fitness I was unaware I was capable of. I now feel better than ever.

    I have been training with Sue since Jan 05. When I first started I was overweight and unable to walk up a flight of stairs without loosing my breath. Sue has worked out a programme for me that I was able to work around my busy lifestlye, along with attending twice weekly sessions. This combined with her nutritional advice means that I am now well on my way to reaching my weight loss goals. I am also stronger and fitter than at any other time in my life.
