| Experience : Hello, I am a mother of two children and know how hard it is to return to shape after pregnancies, given the limited amount of free time. I had looked for someone to assist me in an effective programme to bring me back to pre pregnancy fitness. I was disappointed in the lack of expertise available to me, so I decided to set about training to help other women. I have my own gym in Chudleigh called Quest for Zest which offers a gym with state of the art equipment, a light and airy studio, wet and dry changing facilities and a detox therapy box, two therapy rooms and a tranquil relaxation area. Everywhere is decorated to the highest standard I can offer women, of whatever age or physique, guidance in an effective exercise training programme, nutritional advice and life style coaching. I run weekly pilates classes, where my participants leave feeling re-energised and relaxed. My aim is to produce a training programme to achieve your goals in a fun and enjoyable way. | Professional Reference Claire has been training me now for 10 months. I started training with her 3 months after the birth of my second child. The results I have had with Claire are absolutely fantastic, not only have I lost the excess pounds that I wanted to but, my body is toned in all the right places. I have had Personal Trainers before but I have never got the results that Ihave now and that is after having two children. I think the main reason being that Claire listens to what I want out of my personal training sessions where as before the trainer has done what he/she has been taught and they haven't been focusing on their understanding of what I have wanted to look like or achieve at the end of it. She keeps the sessions very interesting by always doing something different, she listens to what I enjoy doing and incorporates that into the sessions. Claire knows how women want to look and achieves just that. I will continue to train with Claire as I enjoy it and it will enable me to maintain my fitness and keep my body in good shape. It would be a shame to undo all our hard work. | |||||||
