In addition to Personal Training I am an experienced Nutrition Advisor and Sports Massage Therapist. These elements combined enable me to get a full picture of each client. I can treat any aches and pains you may have and offer nutritional advice to compliment your exercise programme. Whether you want to tone up, increase strength, lose weight, improve flexibility or simply increase your energy levels I can get you there quickly.
