| Experience : I've worked in the Fitness Industry for 8 years, originally alongside a sports team whilst at university. Since graduating with my Degree in Sports Science and Premier Diploma I have worked with clients from all sorts of backgrounds, occupations and goals in mind. Working within three large gyms in Essex my clients have had a massive range of different goals, which have included the complete beginner wanting to get fit, a post op hernia patient who I helped get into the marines, ladies whishing to lose weight and tone after having a child, various referrals from clients/patients needing rehabilitation, clients wanting to improve their life when suffering from a medical condition and a fitness coach to a semi-professional sports team. I now Run my own business called Targets Fitness & Health where clients have the option of training in a gym environment, in a private fitness clinic, in your place of work or at home. I believe in FUN, VARIED AND EFFECTIVE exercise sessions and programmes. I work alongside my clients to set realistic exercise and lifestyle goals so we can get you where you want to be and I enjoy and get a buzz from your success!! YOUR GOALS ARE MY GOALS! | Professional Reference 'i contacted Gregg After i had a hernia operation. My initial Goal was to get up and running again. Gregg Helped me with rehab exercise and a graduated exercise plan. I had also told him that i wanted to be in the marines. So when Gregg gave me the go ahead we started training towards the entry criteria. Thanks to Gregg's Training programmes and exercise sessions and a lot of hard work I completed the PRMC (entry tests) in July and start my full marines training in September. Jack | |||||||
