    I have a whole host of qualifications, and am always looking to further my knowledge. I trained with FutureFit, the UK's leading health and fitness trainer. I also have specialised in distance running, gaining my certificate in Exercise and Fitness-Fit2Run at Newcastle College.

I personally think that what most current personal trainers offer is not enough. Its ok for them to see you once o twice a week for an hour, but ultimately, it#s the other 23 hours during the day that's really going to effect your shape and size. You only get one chance in life, so there's no point wasting it.
