    A Personal Trainer by trade and inclination, I love seeing clients succeed, and take pride in my part in the process. I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer since 2000, and am still constantly learning.
    I specialize in training people who have not exercised for years, and may required ‘rebalancing’ and improved posture before they can carry out traditional exercise. I use a combination of Pilates, deep tissue massage, partner assisted stretching, and exercise therapy to achieve a good foundation from which my clients can build. The complexity and the challenge of the exercises used will be increased at a pace appropriate to you and your goals.

    I’ve been training 2-3 times a week with Mark for around 18 months; I can now do a 10 mile cross country run no problem, bench my own body weight and do almost 20 pull ups.
