| Experience : I have spent the majority of my life studying and exercising in health & fitness. I have always been a keen physically active person from playing sport as a young child to mountaineering as a scout and representing my university in rugby. Since leaving school my interests have always been within the health & fitness industry, spending 2 years at college and 3 years at university studying. There are so many different ways of exercising or just staying healthy with minimal exercise. I will help you find your route to success, whether that would be running a marathon, climbing a mountain, fitting into your clothes, walking to the shop, swimming a length, or even just to feel content with your appearnace and wellbeing. | |||||||
