My mobile service enables people to train at a time that suits them best and because I travel to their house or place of work, they don’t have the hassle of travelling to a gym. This enables them to have more time to devout to the social elements in their lives and create a balanced lifestyle. ‘Lifestyle Change’ is the most important thing that needs to be looked at when losing weight or getting fit. It is my job to give you the help and advice that will enable you to achieve this. I always gain a good working relationship with my clients and this helps me to personally understand them so that we can get the most out of each session. I work with a variation of people looking to achieve weight loss, improve fitness levels or muscles tone and definition. I also work with football clubs and tennis players to help them improve specific fitness levels needed for their sport. | Professional Reference Running my own business and having a family drastically changed my lifestyle to the point that I was nearly 16 stone and diagnosed with high blood pressure at the very young age of 30.
