I use the latest high quality equipment and carry it with me for use at all times. Top of the range sparring mitts and sparring gloves for clients use. As well as this I use body blades, medicine balls and various other forms of functional training aids.

I'm a master trainer with numerous advanced qualifications in back conditioning, posture correction and functional movement training. I also have great results with boxing and skipping training too.
