    I have trained a wide variety of clients from those wishing to lose a few pounds and tone up for a wedding or holiday, through injury and illness rehabilitation clients, to competetive body builders and endurance athletes, with successful results throughout.
     
    We can train at your home, workplace, local park or at a gym that is convenient for you.
    I will teach you a whole new approach to fitness which will result in you being able to train, effectively, anywhere with minimal equipment.
     
    Your training programme will begin with a thorough assessment of your goals and your current physical condition (strength, endurance, body composition, flexibility and mobility).
    From this foundation I will design a training programme specifically tailored to your individual needs.
    Your training will be structured to ensure that you achieve the maximum possible benefits to get you to your goals as quickly, safely and effectively as possible.

    Since turning 30 and giving up smoking I managed to put on 2 stone! My usual tricks to lose weight weren’t working and I was really struggling. I decided to join the Gym and soon enlisted in several classes, I was getting fitter but I still wasn’t achieving what I wanted. This was especially important to me as I was due to get married in 3 months and the thought of not fitting into my dress was terrible!
     
    That is when I decided to hire a Personal Trainer. Sean designed a diet and exercise program for me and we met up once a week to train. I found it extremely helpful. I wasn’t really sure what to expect before I started but with a bit of hard work the weight soon came off. Within 10 weeks I was down to my goal weight and back into a size 12! As well as hitting my target weight I also learnt a lot about fitness and will continue to follow my exercise plan. I would recommend hiring Sean to anyone. He kept me motivated, knows what he is doing & most importantly helped me lose weight!

    When I first met Sean, I had just taken on a bet that I couldn’t run 8 miles – knowing full well that, at that moment in time, I couldn’t run 100 yards that was no easy challenge!
    I was determined that I would do this, but had no idea how!
    So, we started walking and running short distances, and slowly built up the running so that I ran a mile, then 2 miles, then 3 and so on – it was hard work, with lots of challenges along the way.
    I completed the 8 mile run earlier this year, and it was such an amazing achievement, I couldn’t believe I had done it. Then, amazingly, a few months later Sean and I ran a half marathon distance, even more amazing!
    So, thanks Sean, I know I wouldn’t have done it without you running beside me, you have been a great motivation to me, and a pretty good Personal Trainer too!
