| Experience : I decided to become a personal trainer after 4 years of proffessional dance training. This was a decision I made after I suffered a knee injury from a car accident. This has inspired me to focus on rehabilitation and GP referals. I believe that core stability and strength is the basis to all safe and effective work out programs and I am starting a course focusing on Core Strength and Flexibility in January. I have worked in Portugal for six months as a fitness instructor and Master Trainer and have recently returned to the U.K to continue my career. | |||||||
