| Experience : Having been a Personal Trainer for over 6 years I have been able to help a wide range of clients to reach their goals. These have included helping people lose weight, new mothers get back in shape, new runners complete their first race and older clients regain their balance and mobility. I believe that the most important things when meeting a new client are to help them set their goals, and to establish a rapport with them. This will always lead to greater results. I can offer one-to-one training sessions, as well as couples, small and large groups. I can draw on my own experience as a runner and rower to reach sporting targets. I also offer circuit training, Boxercise and outdoor training classes, so there will always be something to keep anyone motivated. | |||||||
| Professional Reference At the beginning of November 2005 I weighed 16st 3lb and my body fat was 49%. I was tired all the time and simple tasks such as climbing stairs left me breathless. I tried several diets but never seemed able to stick to them. I saw a business card in my local gym with Phil Mundie’s phone number on it, so decided to give him a call. I booked a course during which Phil devised an exercise plan for me, meeting me at the gym to supervise my exercises, give me encouragement, and set me new targets. He also gave me sensible dietary advice. Within three months I had lost over 3stones, and my body fat had dropped to 39%. My blood pressure and resting heart rate had also gone down. I felt fitter and healthier and had much more energy. It is now December 2006, and I now weigh 9st 3lb. My body fat is 22%. I feel like a new person. I still see Phil on a regular basis to help maintain my fitness levels, and I have even given up smoking for the last 5 weeks.
