    I am a university graduate with an honorary bachelor’s degree in Sports Science who holds a host of health and exercise related qualifications. A health and fitness enthusiast, I have an immense interest in weight management/obesity intervention, food and nutrition, healthy eating education, and general wellbeing.
     
    Through years of my own training experience I have learned that everyone needs a helping hand at some point in their life, whether it’s for advice, support or discipline.     During the initial consultation, Shane pays particular attention to a clients own individual requirements, and subsequent sessions continually work towards your own training goals. He combines a warm friendly personality with high quality professionalism.
     
    After just 6 sessions with Shane (1 a week with Shane plus 3 times a week on my own using a specially written programme)I was really surprised of my reassessment results! I had a drop in resting heart rate from 82BPM to 52BPM and a drop in blood pressure from 148/90 to 127/85, plus I also lost 4cm from my hips and 11cm from my waist.
