    With over four years of client experience, Dan knows that the key to clients reaching their lifestyle goals and objectives is down to motivation. Motivation is intrinsically linked to the belief that you can change and that you have strong enough reasons to want to change. Seven years ago Dan was overweight and out of shape. Dan changed his lifestyle because he didn’t like the way he looked and the low levels of energy he had. With his help, your chances of a long-term lifestyle change and having the body shape you want are increased tenfold. When you make this change you wont believe the changes it can make to other areas of your life!

    Dan is a personal trainer that listens to what you want. When I saw him I had many goals in mind. Although my energy levels were ok, I wanted to increase these further, not just for my workouts but for my busy lifestyle as well.

    Dan helped me to achieve this by getting me to perform a mixture of intense cardiovascular and strength personal training sessions that improved my 3 goals: increased overall fitness, increased strength and the most importantly for me, increased energy levels. These all improved with the help of Dan’s influence.

    In my sessions, he liked to get out of me what he knew I was capable of. He pushes you but it is always within the limits of what you can achieve and he recognises when you are giving it your all.

    Dan discussed pre and post workout nutrition, which was something I never gave too much consideration to before. This helped sustain my workouts for their intended time period and also played its part in the overall increased energy levels I have gained.
     
    It is easy to talk to Dan and discuss any issues or concerns you might have.
     
    I really enjoyed having Dan as my personal trainer and went away feeling much better physically and mentally. He gave me great confidence to believe that I could push myself to achieve my goals in a way I could not achieve on my own.
