| Professional Reference I am a 60 year old woman, with a back problem. walking was one of my pastimes and i considered my self reasonably fit, but I had, over the past few years, reached 12 stone and a size 18. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. NOW was the time to do something! I started training with Caroline as my personal trainer.We worked on cardiovascular activities and muscle toning exercises with a stability ball, which increased my strength and provided protection for my back.
