    I am a 60 year old woman, with a back problem.
    walking was one of my pastimes and i considered my self reasonably fit, but I had, over the past few years, reached 12 stone and a size 18.
    Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis.
    NOW was the time to do something!
    I started training with Caroline as my personal trainer.We worked on cardiovascular activities and muscle toning exercises with a stability ball, which increased my strength and provided protection for my back.
    Her guidance regarding nutrition was very helpful. the improvement was fantastic. I lost 15 pounds in weight, gone down a dress size and feel fitter.
    I would not have achieved this if I had been working on my own; with Caroline there to help me improve my technique, I worked far more effectively.
