Experienced in teaching latin american dance including Belly Dance, Axe and Samba and having played for a professional female Football Team in her state in Brazil, Graciella brings a very diverse and unique approach to fitness training. She specialise in weight management, core stability, body sculpting and conditoning and endurance for sports specific training. A qualified sports massage therapist, Graciella focuses on posture correction and understands the importance of good exercise technique and body mechanics, she ensures each program is tailored to your specific goals,special considerations and body mechanics to prevent injury and promote rehabilitation. | |||||||
| Professional Reference I have been training with Graci for around 18 months, initially to get fit for a half marathon, but subsequently for all round general fitness. I quickly learnt not to underestimate Graci's quiet and considered personality, and found instead that she is extremely perceptive at understanding the individual’s strengths and more particularly weaknesses. Graci is excellent at tailoring programmes to suit not only immediate training needs, but also to improve general strength with emphasis on important areas such as core stability. Graci has a good understanding of body mechanics having also qualified as a sports massage therapist and therefore can not only treat injuries but also has the ability to recognise where injuries might occur, and so can develop training programs to help guard against further injuries. I have also learnt that being fit does not necessarily mean that you are healthy, but with constant monitoring of weight and body fat percentages, Graci is able to alter training programs and provide valuable advice on diet. I cannot recommend Graci highly enough as a superb personal trainer, who adopts a rare combination of several skill sets to provide all round advice and the motivation to achieve your immediate goals and then sustain all round fitness.
