| Experience : Hi, I am an experienced Master Personal trainer with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and 7 years as a Royal Marine Commando. I am one of 5 Body Active Personal Trainers, covering all areas between Exeter and Plymouth. Our first meeting will be all about establishing your goals, understanding your current lifestyle and work commitments and what type of exercise programme would best suit your needs. It is my priority to help you reach this goal through safe, fun and constantly challenging workouts. With hard work from you and 100% commitment I have no doubt that whatever the goal we will achieve it. I am able to come to your home or alternatively you can come to us at our specialist one to one studio in Exeter. On home visits we provide all the kit, dumbbells, gym sticks, swiss balls, boxing pads etc…. So we can always find something you enjoy to help you reach your goals. We provide a comprehensive fitness evaluation which includes a medical screening and body composition analysis. This is monitored on a regular basis.
