    I have a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science and 9yrs experience, 6 of which whilst working in two of London’s top personal training studios including Matt Roberts' studio in Mayfair as a senior trainer. This knowledge and experience has enabled me to train clients towards almost any goal ranging from weight loss, strength conditioning or sports specific training. I train people in gyms & PT studios however also train a large percentage of my clients in homes and parks. Using my knowledge and experience, training outdoors can be equally challenging and as much fun as the gym setting. I have further qualifications in Ante/Post Natal training, National Strength and Conditioning Certificate CSCS and Level 1 Boxing Coach. I am now working towards my Masters Degree in Sports Biomechanics and my Triathlon Coaching Certificate.
