| Experience : After three years of playing on the International Tennis Circuit, I began training elite British Tennis Players and have travelled extensively as a trainer and coach to International Tournaments. Since turning my attention to Health and Fitness, I have worked with a wide range of individuals with a variety of goals from weight loss to marathon running! I work with all kinds of people, with differing levels of fitness providing both personal training and nutritional advice. I am a REPS Advanced level 3 Personal Trainer; holding an Honours Degree in Exercise Science, LTA Tennis Coach, Boxercise and SAQ Instructor. | |||||||
| Professional Reference ‘‘I first started training with Sam in the autumn of 2005 with the ambition of running the London Marathon the following April. Sam had also entered and over the next few months we trained and ran hundreds of miles together. She came up with a training schedule that both suited and tested my 65 years, always encouraging me and knowing when to ease up to give me time to recover. Some three weeks before the marathon Sam travelled with me and my family to Spain where we did our last bout of training, after which I was rewarded with a fantastic sports massage on most days! We completed our training and duly presented ourselves on the day as fit as could be. Without Sam’s dedication I could never have achieved my target of running the marathon in under 4 ½ hours.
