    I have been personal training for 8 years after a 16 nursing career.
     
    I generally train clients in their own home or outdoors but have worked freelance for Total Fitness previously.The training can be general fitness or sports specific depending on the individual client.
     
    I spent 8 years in a Territorial Army Medical Unit where I was also the Unit Fitness training Officer for a year before leaving due to work commitments.
     
    I have also worked with British Military Fitness running military type classes in local parks.
     
    Despite military expereince my approach is not to "beast" clients but to encourage and motivate so the client realises their potential.
     

     

    Professional Reference

    My fiance and I began training with Chris in preparation for our wedding. We were suprised at how unfit we were but we gradually buily up our running under Chris`s guidance until able to run 5-6 miles several nights per week.
     
    I addition our general health and fitness improved with reductions in blood pressure and body weight/fat.
     
    We continued training with Chris after our wedding setting new fitness targets. We both previously joined gyms but as with many people gave up after a few weeks. Having regular personal training sessions with Chris kept us motivated into maintaining and improving what we had already achieved.
