Experience :
I have been involved in fitness since 1991, completing a YMCA Fitness Instructor Course whilst working in Espree Health Club London. I then completed The Premier Personal Trainer Level 3 course specialising in weight loss, strengthening conditioning and nutritional advice. My clients range from mid 30's to late 70's. My programmes are carefully tailored to their specific needs and abilities. I operate from a small friendly studio in Southwick Marina. I make sure my clients training sessions are challenging but fun, so that they enjoy their time with me. All that I ask in return is that they bring their willpower to their session this way we can work together 110% to make sure they get the results they deserve. |
