I was lucky enough to be trained by and work for one of New York’s most renowned and respected Health and Fitness Companies as an exercise specialist and program director for 8 years straight after I graduated. I have run exercise prescription programs for private hospitals and large American merchant banks. Spent time in both California and New York honing my personal training skills. Have looked after the strength and conditioning needs of national, county and club teams and athletes and still do. Have written and still write for numerous books, magazines and newspapers on a regular basis (everything from Horse and rider to the national hockey magazine). This has all culminated in my designing the Truth Fat Loss Program in conjunction with dietician Barbara Arora that has been an extremely successful means of leading clients from rapid fat burn to a healthy and sustainable eating plan. To be more precise an average of one stone weight loss in the first month for over 600 people over the last 4 years.
