| Experience : My ethos is about enabling people to see their local open spaces or home in a new light that facilitates creative training. My clients say they have much more enthusiasm for exercise now that variety and fun have been brought to gym-alternative environments. Trees become your circuit stations, paths become your tracks, hills are your natural substitutes for the treadmill’s incline and stairs lead you to another ’zone’ in place of the gym’s stationary stepper. Cool down periods are often a stroll as we feed the ducks or a zealous few minutes on the swings! I can also offer you a home-made personalised smoothie to give you an even greater boost. Training that thinks outside the box! | |||||||
| Professional Reference Although my preference is for training outside the gym, for the past year and a half I have been working closely with Fitness First. I have had access to lots of approaches to personal training which I can draw on and adapt for my own sessions in the home, park or on the beach for example. This has been invaluable and has been an excellent basis for my formal qualification training. I am committed to continuing my development as an exercise professional and in addition to my recent completion of a boxercise course, I am also attending a GP Referral course in January. This will enable me to train people who have specific health conditions which could be improved by an exercise programme tailored to individuals’ needs. | |||||||
